A Severe Lack of Sleep: Welcome to Travelling in Argentina

If you know me, you know I like to sleep.  I need my sleep.  I am not an early riser.  But when I travel, I sacrifice these tendencies.  But when Marieke and I decided on Argentina for this trip, I…

Chilly in Chalten

With low clouds blocking views and wet snow covering the streets, we decided to have a quiet Christmas and rest up.  We even slept in til 10:30am!  Hooray for black out curtains! Interspersed with attempts to get a strong enough…

A very cold boat ride in Ushuaia

With our tour of the Beagle Channel from Ushuaia rescheduled from the night before, we packed on nearly all of our clothes (in hindsight, I should have added a t-shirt for a fifth layer) and headed to the boat.  We…

The End of the World as We Know It: Ushuaia

BORDERLINE CRAZY BLOGGERS

We’re Stephanie Williams and Marieke Gow, two friends brought together by our obsession with travel.  Since we live on opposite sides of Canada, we mainly only see each other during our epic travels. We started this blog in 2014 during our first joint trip (India) as a way to share stories from the road with friends, family and whoever else might be interested.  Since then, we have explored a number of countries together and independently and continue to journal our experiences on the Borderline Crazy Blog.
